Proform prides itself in all aspects of building. We build new homes, renovate or add to existing homes, repair or re-clad dated homes.
- Proform offers a service known as Full Contract – This allows the home owner to concentrate on colours and finishes rather than which plumber to use.
- Proform has all sub contractors in place ie: plumber, electrician, tiler, scaffold, wrap, floor coverings, window furnishings etc. These contractors are scheduled and booked at the beginning of the job to allow for a smooth process from start to finish. We update our clients throughout the job and have a specific area in our website to complete web based updates.
- Proform organises permit, all council inspections and most importantly Certificate of Compliance (formerly Code of Compliance).
- We assist with the design of bathrooms and kitchens and build the cabinetry in Proform’s joinery workshop.
- Proform has licensed builders, apprentices and an in house joiner.
- You can work with Colin and his design team on the design and layout of your home to suit your specific site, requirements and budget or you can use your own designer/plan.
- Angela will advise of current trends and colours and will work closely with you throughout the interior design.
- Colin and Angela will strive to get the best value for your budget.
